Refund policy
At Charmazing, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:
- unused and in original condition
- returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories
- free from damage, stains, marks, odours, or other signs of use
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note:
- return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer
- original shipping charges are non-refundable
- any free gift or promotional item included with the order must also be returned
- for hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept change of mind returns for:
- gift cards
- final sale or clearance items
- personalised, customised, or made-to-order items
- free gifts or promotional items
- items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive:
- a faulty item
- a damaged item
- an incorrect item
- an item that is significantly different from its description
If there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@charmazing.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@charmazing.com.au with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you wish to return
- the reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
