At Charmazing, we’re happy to offer shipping across Australia for all orders placed through our website.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over AUD 50
  • A flat shipping rate of AUD 9.99 applies to orders under AUD 50

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional events, public holidays, or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 2–8 business days

Charmazing is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at the time of purchase.

Order Changes

Because orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order separately.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
